I have been seeing Dr. Li and Dr. Chen for around 20 years and will continue to do so as long as they practice. The acupuncture treatments I received are the only thing that kept me walking for ten years when I had chronic back pain. I also get treatments post surgeries to flush out the effects of general anesthesia, to alleviate inflammation. The acupuncture treatments are so valuable and being in the hands of such caring professionals is such a comfort.

Previously I reviewed Dr. Li and Dr. Chen's excellent medical care and wanted to add a review of their office staff. Dipika, the office manager, has been a proficient and diligent staff member who responds quickly to phone calls and inquiries. She is intelligent and thoughtful and has been appreciated by our family for her ongoing attention and care. Not only are the doctors excellent but they also have a staff who reflect a high level of care for their patients.

Dr. Li and Dr. Chen have been talented and dedicated healers to our family for several decades. They have both proven themselves to be extremely knowledgeable, gifted with an ability to accurately diagnose and in addition, they both treat their patients with respect and kindness. They are health care professionals who are exceptional and provide medical treatment with the goal of an integrative healing. Dr. Li and Dr. Chen have an ability to diagnosis and treat their patients from the perspective of a whole- body good health approach as opposed to focusing on a single symptom. This valuable protocol is why they are so successful with their medical practice. They are a rare duo in the profession of medicine.

As always, Dr. Li was kind and very attentive to me while I dealt with COVID-19. I have gone to Dr. Li for 20 years. She has treated me with acupuncture, supplements and western medicine for everything from physicals to breast cancer to colds and viruses. She is the best there is, and Dr. Chen and staff are equally ads caring.
